Our stock photographs are priced according
to industry usage guidelines. For those unfamiliar with stock
image pricing, there are many different pricing guides available
including Pickerell's
and FotoQuote.
At Heliomedia, we ask for your intended
use: Color or Black and White, reproduction size, number of
copies distributed (please supply us with a copy of the printer's
quote), where the copies will be distributed (local, regional,
national, international, worldwide), whether or not you will
be using electronic forms of distribution (web, CD-ROM, etc).
With this information in hand we can establish a competitive
price consistent with industry standards.

Loss
or damage to original transparencies
On our delivery memos, we state a $1,200
minimum replacement value on any original image that is lost
or damaged, with some special images valued at $2000.
Duplicate transparencies have a replacement charge of $60.
