This is the Photoshop tool box.
It, along with the Options bar (always at the top of the screen), contains
all the tools and options that you will need to use Adobe Photoshop in
everyday practice. To understand all the different tools in this palette,
please read the "Looking at the Work Area > Toolbox overview (1
of 3)" in the Adobe Photoshop 6 Online Help. This feature is available
from the Help menu in Photoshop.
It contains four main sections:
- the Selection tools at the top;
- the Painting tools;
- the Vector Drawing tools;
- Miscellaneous tools (mostly navigational);
- Color selection (similar to the interface in Adobe Illustrator);
- the Quick Mask selector;
- Screen display mode selector;
- "Jump to ImageReady" button.
